5N Plus Inc. (TSX:VNP) (“5N+” or the “Company”), a leading global producer of specialty semiconductors and performance materials, announced that it has entered into an exclusive agreement, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, AZUR SPACE Solar Power GmbH (“AZUR”), with micro-LED and GaN-on-Si expert ALLOS Semiconductors to complete the development and commercialization of a GaN IP portfolio that 5N+ has provided to ALLOS Semiconductors for a nominal value in exchange for future royalties.
